What is Focusing?
Focusing is the development of a skill that allows you to relate to yourself by accessing the body's memory (bodily feeling), as opposed to simply staying in your head (the intellect). Through this process, we find access to what is hidden under the situation, state or emotion.
By listening with kindness to how your body feels, it becomes possible to better understand what needs attention, what blocks you and what needs to be recognized in order for you to live your best life. It is an approach that guides you into finding your own answers.
In this way, you gain access to new information, different perceptions and insights that inform you. It helps you make choices, overcome difficulties and can become a guiding force in your life.

Learning Focusing
Through this journey, we explore each of the stages of Focusing and we integrate them by experiencing them. We discover this skill that each one of us carries within; that of listening to the messages of our body, thus finding our own answers and helping our lives move forward.

This training is offered in small groups. It is divided into four 2.5 hours blocks.
